Please choose carefully. I can’t offer exchanges on one-off, made to order or commissioned items, and refunds are only available if an item arrives faulty or not as described. Always happy to answer any questions you may have before you purchase.

Items marked "Made to Order" or "Commissioned" are made specially for you, so they cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started, unless they arrive faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.
